Hello debojyoti, The latest version of gstreamer is 0.10.24. Both gstreamer and its devel pkg can be found here http://repo.moblin.org/moblin/releases/2.1/ia32/os/i586/ If the issue still exists, would you please provide the build data of your image and attach the error info in next mail.
