If you don't care hack dalston src code, disable lid is simple, just comment
out one line inside _setup_button_devices of dalston-button-monitor.c
if (g_str_equal (type, "power") ||
g_str_equal (type, "sleep") ||
g_str_equal (type, "lid")) ------------------> comment out this line

I noticed. Been going through Dalston conf files myself but could not
find anything usefull. Maybe I will dig into the Dalston source code and
find out what is there.
