I confirm they are not in fstab. I did try to edit fstab by myself as I used to do when using linux but with no success.. I inserted these two lines for my ntfs and hfs+ partitions:
/dev/sdb3 /media/Robinho hfsplus ro 0 0 /dev/sda1 /media/Win ntfs ro,users,exec,umask=000 0 0 but when I run "mount -a" as root it says both are not recognized/supported by moblin. I did try also using "auto" as the fs type but same result.. :( I am not sure what you mean when you say to open a ticket so I hope Maciej will do the job :) thanks bye! 2009/12/8 Maciej Miller <[email protected]> > they are not in fstab. > proc/partitions is empty. > i'll file the bug > thx. > > On Mon, Dec 7, 2009 at 7:29 PM, Kok, Auke <[email protected]> > wrote: > > Roby wrote: > >> same here with my hfsplus partitions (mac).. that's a little annoying.. > >> > >> ps: is it possible to see mac partitions (hfs+) on moblin? all my data > is > >> there.. hfs+ is officially supported by the linux kernel, I have never > had > >> problems with other distros.. thanks! > >> > >> > >> > >> 2009/12/5 Maciej Miller <[email protected]> > >> > >>> After the last updates to moblin i receive errors after boot. > >>> seems that moblin is trying to automount my ext4 partitions. > >>> i dont need to mount them, they dont belong to moblin;) > >>> can i switch it off somehow? > > > > are these partitions listed in moblin's /etc/fstab ? > > > > if not, then that's a bug. can you open a ticket and attach moblin's > /etc/fstab, > > /proc/partitions, output of `mount` etc? > > > > Auke > > _______________________________________________ > > Moblin dev Mailing List > > [email protected] > > > > To manage or unsubscribe from this mailing list visit: > > http://lists.moblin.org/listinfo/dev or your user account on > http://moblin.org once logged in. > > > > For more information on the Moblin Developer Mailing lists visit: > > http://moblin.org/community/mailing-lists > > > _______________________________________________ > Moblin dev Mailing List > [email protected] > > To manage or unsubscribe from this mailing list visit: > http://lists.moblin.org/listinfo/dev or your user account on > http://moblin.org once logged in. > > For more information on the Moblin Developer Mailing lists visit: > http://moblin.org/community/mailing-lists > _______________________________________________ Moblin dev Mailing List [email protected] To manage or unsubscribe from this mailing list visit: http://lists.moblin.org/listinfo/dev or your user account on http://moblin.org once logged in.
