I'm using a Mac but I have a PC on which I would like to install
the Moblin

MSI P45 - NEO

Nvidia Quadro 570
What do I do
Moblin will install fine on desktops and laptops that have intel
CPU's (core2duo's
) and Intel GFX chipsets. Unfortunately it will not work on the gfx
chipset listed
above, but it does work on G45 or 965 graphics chips.
Is there some documentation which describes the dependency on a
particular CPU or instruction set?
Also, with regards to the chipsets, is that just a situation where
Moblin's kernel doesn't have the drivers for those enabled? Could a
motivated tinkerer just rebuild the kernel to add support
(understanding that userland support might still be missing)?
Thanks,
