I was thinking that you would (could) specify which dependencies (jars)should be minijar'd in case you didn't want all of them to be done.
Currently it will just generate all jars and you can pick the ones you need ...but sure - could be made configurable. So what would be the process to get that into mojo? JIRA? cheers -- Torsten
