[mojo-dev] [Vote] Release build-helper-maven-plugin 1.0

I would like to make build-helper-maven-plugin official for my production builds.

 

This plugin allows user to:

 

    - Add more source, and test source trees at runtime.

    - Attach none Maven build outputs to take advantage of Maven's install and deploy capabilities.

I would like to do a 72hr vote on graduating this plugin from the sandbox and releasing 1.0
