Currently the maven eclipse plugin seems to be the only way to get source
attachments into your local repository.
There are times when you don't want to use the eclipse plugin because it
oeverwrites the eclipse files.
This patch provides a goal to download the source plugins and reports which
ones were resolved and which ones were not.
