surefire-report fails on macosx

.. because the java.vm.vendor property is "Apple Computer, Inc." , including
the quotes, thus the generated xml report is not parseable, one of the lines
being:
<property value=""Apple Computer, Inc."" name="java.vm.vendor"/>
See the attached stacktrace and sample report.
Since I guess this is due to the surefire core, I'll duplicate this report
there...
