When I created the
sandbox parent, I made it a snapshot because everything else is a snapshot, and
because by disabling the release deploy repository, we could prevent accidental
releases from the sandbox. I'm second guessing this choice now because it makes
it harder for people to build the code unless they have the parent installed
locally. Does anyone have any objections to making the parent a released
version?
