I never used the maven user to deploy, that's news to me. There is group that the files belong to that lets everything work.

Can someone confirm that and fix it? If I don't have the perform the deployment of the snapshots, could someone deploy the exec, keytool and webstart plugins (note for the webstart plugin, you need to go inside the plugin/ subdirectory).
