Hey Brett, 

This uses Trygve's CSharp plexus compiler (though I've updated it with a bit
more stuff, is now checked in as 1.6-SNAPSHOT) but it also adds the custom
build cycles, NUnit support, Custom archetypes etc...

I'm happy to add it to maven core or mojos which ever people want. The only
slight complication is that it is a collection of plugins, not just one. I
don't know if this makes a difference....

I'd actually be open to discussing bringing this to Maven proper. I'd like
to see core functionality in the main project, and I can see this becoming
core functionality. There is also the beginnings of csharp support from
Trygve in the Maven sandbox that this could replace.
