When running Cobertura-plugin 2.0-SNAPSHOT on a parent project (using the
supplied patch to work around the http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MCOBERTURA-2
issue), all the output of the Report task executed for the sub projects ends up
in the target/site/cobertura folder of the parent project.
The attached patch solves this problem.
