Added the following configuration parameter property expressions:
* maven.tomcat.charset
* maven.tomcat.mode
* maven.tomcat.server
* maven.tomcat.tag
* maven.tomcat.update
* maven.tomcat.url
Also renamed tomcat:resources' 'type' to 'maven.tomcat.type' to keep in-line.
