Not at all, the appassembler should stay on 1.4 but I'm in a pure Java
5-mode these days so it might have slipped in.
Personally I'd be happy if it was because I only write new stuff in 5, but I
though the plugins were all 1.3 compliant.
There is no requirement about that, Maven 2 itself supports 1.4+ and all
the core plugins use 1.4 for this reason, but there is nothing stopping
people from writing plugins with a higher requirement.
