I think I have the same issue. When running the recently released version 2.1 of the cobertura maven plugin, I get lots of these errors: net.sourceforge.cobertura.reporting.html.HTMLReport - Data file does not contain instrumentation information for the file xxx. Ensure this class was instrumented, and this data file contains the instrumentation information. This effectively makes this version useless for me. I had to go back to 2.0.
