Resolution: Fixed
Ok applied patch. Had to add the Apache repository to the pom to catch the
test harness. We may need to remove the tests if there are any problems
releasing the plugin based on the test harness SNAPSHOT.
I have deployed a new 1.2-SNAPSHOT.
