I would like to release the JAXB plugin 1.2. This new version includes
the "includeSchemasOutputPath" parameter to read the schema list from a
file. Also includes a "generatedResourcesDirectory" parameter where you
can specify a resource directory that'll be created and added to
MavenProject. You can use this to dynamically add a resource dir for
output generated by xjc plugins/addons.
