Updated patch, incl.
a) upgrades to pom.xml, removing dependencies that are resolved transitive, and
upgrading dependency to Castor to 1.1-M3-SNAPSHOT.
b) changed the test case to build on Java 1.4 again
c) changed some code in the Mojo to reflect recent changes in code packaging.
