[mojo-dev] [vote] Release OpenJPA Maven Plugin 1.0.0

Hi,

I'd like to call a vote on promoting the OpenJPA Maven Plugin out of the 
sandbox and releasing version 1.0.0.

Notable changes:
1)   Mojo to invoke OpenJPA PCEnhancer tool on a mapped persistable 
classes.
2)   Plugin documentation.

Appreciate any feedback/suggestions.
