Allow includes/excludes for selecting hbm.xml files in hbm2ddl

We use multiple database instances to store our data so in Maven 1 with the
Hibernate plugin we used schema export and passed it a list of hbm.xml files
to include calling it once for each database with a list of different hbm.xml
files. This resulted in one .sql file for each of our databases instances.
In Maven 2 the option to include or exclude hbm.xml files for hbm2dll does not
exist yet.
