[repositorytools] wrong checksums

It looks like there is a bug in the repositorytools:copy-repository
plugin/goal. The md5's are correct in the staging area on people.apache.org.
(~dkulp/public_html/stage_gpg/org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-gpg-plugin/1.0-alpha-3)
It looks like the copy from staging to release screwed up the md5 and sha1
files. I'm not sure how that would have happened.
I'll go ahead and copy the correct ones over manually. That kind of sucks.
However, someone with access to the repositorytools plugin should look into the
issue to make sure it's fixed.
