I am personally not terribly interested in these kinds of plugins, but I can see that other people might want them. So if you're asking for a vote, consider this my +1.
If you are already a committer on Codehaus Mojo, send an email asking for a "vote" on whether or not you can bring those plugins into the sandbox. If it passes, then you can add them to the sandbox yourself and build them out etc there. After a while, you can even cut a release, and eventually graduate from the sandbox. If you aren't a committer on Codehaus Mojo, you might want to apply for membership. Log into Codehaus Xircles and click over to the Mojo project, and request to join the group as a developer.
