Allow external templates to be configurable (eg. xml files with markers for
classpath etc.). This will allow JVM startup scripts like using Perl to be
used which will not have command line argument length limitations etc (since
they can use exec directly). Also then the appassmebler startup script does
not have to cater to everyone's needs, if you don't like the template
pre-packaged with appassmebler, you can provide your own.
