Attachment: MWEBSTART-36-1.patch
The attached patch was run in the plugin directory.
To comply with the plugin documentation standards, most of the changes in this
patch just involve moving stuff from one page to another. Other than a few
minor changes for typos and grammar etc. there is very little change to the
content of the pages.
There is still more work to be done to clean things up but this is a start. I
can submit more patches to this issue if you leave it open.
