The attached files are the new mojo, a parallel copy of the existing
AbstractJnlpMojo (to be merged later) and a new class representing a
JarResource configuration element that I was talking about in the previous
posting.
These are just initial drafts to give you a chance to comment on the changes to
the way dependencies are determined. I still have to add resolution of
transitive dependencies.
