Fail build if findbugs detects bugs

It would be very useful if findbugs was integrated into the build the way the
PMD plugin works. You should be able to run findbugs as a part of a "mvn clean
install" and fail the build if it finds anything. You shouldn't have to run
"mvn site" to get a report.
