I have a Mojo to create an eclipse feature file from the pom
dependencies. I think it'd make sense in the PDE plugin although it
doesn't use the same approach by calling PDE but uses the libraries
directly. It's useful to create features from any jars in the repo.
Let me know if there's any problem adding it as part of the PDE plugin
