It does not look like you applied the correct patch, as my latest patch
contains following lines:
@parameter expression="${stylesheetLocation}"
* default-value="resource://docbook/docbook-xsl/docbook-xsl-1.67.2/"
while the current svn code contains
resource://net
which is incorrect
