When using booter-unix and / or booter-windows with command-line arguments, the
arguments end up both in the generated scripts and in the xml manifest file.
This results in the argument list being duplicated when the application is
launched by the booter.
The attached patch fixes this, and also adds tests for the
GenericDaemonGenerator.
