The dependencies of the plugin itself end up in the generated war file when
there are XSDs.
See the attached project for an example.
The project is basically an empty maven webapp project with some XSDs and the
Xmlbeans plugin.
Run 'maven package' and you'll see that all the dependencies fo the Xmlbeans
plugin are included in the generated war file.
