Thanks for the comments, as mentioned below I'm gonna pretty much
leave the structure ASIS for the first official rev, then we can sort
out these details afterwards in the coming days.

one minor nitpick. the nbm-maven-plugin is for creation of netbeans
RCP applications or single modules. I find it somewhat confusing to
have it next to the freeform-plugin that is a project metadata
generator. No idea what category to put it in or what the name of a
new category shall be. So we probably keep it in the IDE section I
guess. :)
