Added an explicit dependency to hibernate 3.2.4.sp1. Also upgraded a few
other dependencies.
I had asked a question about adding hibernate-annotations as a dependency. But
Dan mentioned that people using JPA will already have that in the classpath.
I'm coding some projects now that use hibernate annotations that require this
in the classpath, but it might not be such a bad thing to make annotation
support an option that requires an extension. Will create another issue to
remind us to add documentation for people using annotations.
