+1 xsdconfig in a dependency artifact would be very useful to us.

There have been a couple of enhancements to the xmlbeans-maven-plugin
since the 2.3.0 release in june, one of which is needed for
geronimo's use. Also Kris has appointed (?) me the maintainer.
- expose the xmlbeans compiler noAnn and noVDoc settings
- allow compiling xsds that are in dependency artifacts, not just
xsds in the current project.
Jason Dillon and I have also spent some time cleaning up the code and
documentation, and now there is only one docck complaint (no examples).
I've just pushed a snapshot of what I'd like to release. There is
one problem, namely one of the integration tests (mxmlbeans-21)
doesn't run without some manual help (don't worry, it does pass),
that Jason is going to try to fix, otherwise we will disable it for
the release.
