Exactly my view. The offer is to transfer the responsibility for the plugin
(development and release management) to myself (initially, later on due a
shared team of Castor committers), but leave it within the Mojo project (as
that's how users are currently using it). I'd really appreciate any progress,
as I've already indicated that this would be okay, and that nobody within the
Castor team has any objections to take this additional responsibility on.
