[mojo-dev] [VOTE] Werner Guttman as a commiter for castor-maven-plugin

I would like to submit for a vote adding Werner Guttman as a  
committer for the mojo project so he can contribute to  the castor- 
maven-plugin.  He is currently a major contributor to castor.
