update the castor plugin to use castor 1.1.2.1 since it has an
incompatible change. Also upgrade the version to reflect
incompatibile change
If the Maven plugin is uncompatible with its previous version you
have to increase the major number of the plugin, i.e. the version
should be 2.0-SNAPSHOT.
Ok.. I don't mind doing that.. I picked the number to be the same as
the castor number... but I'll happily change it
