[mojo-dev] Automatic plugins.apt generator plugin?

Anyone feel like taking a stab at creating a plugin to generate the  
plugins.apt file automatically, so that its always up to date?

Maybe write it in Groovy and slurp up pom.xml files?
I'd like to do it... but I'm way to over-committed right now.  Anyone  
fancy a shot at it?
