XFire-Mojo should not regenerate code if WSDL and Schemas didn't change

At the moment the XFire mojo generates sources in every mvn run. It would be
nice if the generation would only happen when source files (WSDL or XSD)
changed after the last invocation. The JAXB2 Mojo has this behaviour.
