Can you please try {{1.0-beta-3-SNAPSHOT}} and see if you still have problems?
I've found out that {{File.toURL()}} does not properly encode spaces, but
{{File.toURI().toURL()}} appears to encode them correctly. I've updated every
place I had used {{File.toURL()}} and have pushed out new snaps of
{{1.0-beta-3-SNAPSHOT}} with the changes.
