Error with <libPath> Element

For the use of Webstart plugin the <libPath> Element doesn't work.
The build without this element declared in the pom succeeded.
With this element I get the error:
"Embedded error: The number of signed artifacts differ from the number of
modified artifacts. Implementation error"
My POM:
