I think a wrapper script and a launchd .plist file might be a better
approach for launching services in appassembler on OS X. Looking at an
example from Atlassian[1] it doesn't look like it should be too hard.

I've renamed the plugin to the more appropriate and less confusing
"osxappbundle-maven-plugin", updated source and documentation
accordingly and published a new snapshot and site.

If I don't hear anything in the next couple of days I'll assume lazy
consensus and go ahead with the release of 1.0-alpha1.
