Enhancement: Add a configuration parameter that would allow the user to control
whether or not the generated script changes directory into the "BASEDIR" before
running the Java class.
Motivation: The current behavior works well for most GUI applications.
Command-line utilities however suffer. For instance, it is not expected by most
command-line users that they would have to specify a fully-qualified path to a
utility when the file resides in the current directory.
