I've completed the first suggestion, but i'm not so sure about the other two.
a failing unit test will fail the build, so what is the point in showing
success icons? also, the surefire report does a nice job rolling up success
rates and times, and this report is really about displaying system behavior in
a human readable format.
since this project seems to be stagnent and not accepting this donated plugin,
i've hosted my own plugin until someone takes some ownership of this project:
