Put jar libraries into lib directory under Java or allow it to be customizable.

When different resources are attached and put under Resource/Java directory it
will be hard to identify them.
I propose to put all jars to Resource/Java/lib directory and correct classpath
generated for Info.plist template.
This way we will not mix resources and jar libraries can put images or native
libs
