http authentication for wsdl download

If http authentication is needed for wsdl download, it fails with the following
error:
[ERROR] BUILD ERROR
[INFO] ------------------------------------------------------------------------
[INFO] error executing plugin
Embedded error: unable to download WSDL file XXX to XXX. Reason:
java.net.ProtocolException: Server redirected too many times (20)
Improvement: Use commons httpclient for downloading and create mojo attributes
for authentication data.
