Add support to StatSCM

The StatSCM plugin defines few indicators about the project activity.
It should be interessting to have this indicators saved in the dashboard
database. So, it will be possible to compare project activity to a project
delivery date, for example:
- if a lot of source code lines are changed just before the project delivery
date, the delivery will be risked
- if the updated source code line number increase since the project delivery
date, the delivery should not be risk because the updated source code lines are
updated to fix few bugs.
