Create a GUI seeing different aggregated information on projects

Today, the dashboard-maven-plugin generates reports project by project.
It seems to me that it should be interesseting to have a GUI displaying a state
of all projects, with aggregated indicators. This GUI will be to use by project
leader, or boss, not by developpers.
This GUI will display information as:
- Will there be any risk on my project delivery ?
- Does the quality of my project is the expected one ?
- Does the quality of my project is over others ?
- What are the projects in the red zone ?
This GUI could be send some alert.
This GUI will be abble to set some project information as:
- date: delivery date, end of development phase, end of tests phase, ...
- people that will receive alert.
