This probably used to work under 1.0-alpha-2 and the issue was probably
introduced by
http://fisheye.codehaus.org/changelog/mojo?cs=5035
i.e. MWEBSTART-38, when my custom copyDirectoryStructure was replaced by direct
call to FileUtils. Will probably have to write some integration tests to check
for that...
