Kevin I've improved the it002 to make sure no unwanted deps are taken. I've
also fixed an issue that would not filter out the system dependencies (fix
described in the 2 comments above).
As I see in your log you have an issue with provided deps. These should never
have been in the problem even before the fix I just committed.
I cannot reproduce your problem. The it002 tests contains provided dependencies
but the problem doesn't appear.
I need your help and even better, a reduce test case. We may need to open a new
issue if the problem ends up being different.
