As given in the [Mojo API
Spec|http://maven.apache.org/developers/mojo-api-specification.html#The_Descriptor_and_Annotations],
the description for a Mojo should be placed as the class-level javadoc.
Currently, the plugin mojos use an unevaluated "@description" annotation.
